If your shoes have been resoled before by someone else, please check with us before posting as we may not be able to do them.

Before sending in or dropping off your shoes we strongly recommend reading the Self Assessment & Rands guidelines.

 

We appreciate you sending your shoes to us and we will do the best we can to return them to you in a timely manner.

Please note that your resoles are handcrafted, this is a process that takes time.

Please when sending in your shoes, make sure you put your name and phone number with them.

We won't start resoling the shoes if they have no contact details with them.

Disclaimer – We take full responsibility of your shoes when they are in our possession (i.e. from the moment they arrive at the workshop until they leave). If for some reason they go missing before we receive them, or after we have sent them back (i.e. lost in post) then the responsibility lies with the customer and the postal service. If your shoes go missing, we will not pay for replacement shoes, sorry.
