3. Once we receive your shoes we will email you to say that they have arrived.
4. Please include your name and mobile number with your shoes so we can identify who they belong to. Also please make sure that you put your name on the outside of the post bag.
We won't start repairing shoes if they have no contact details, sorry.
PREVIOUS RESOLES:
If your shoes have been resoled before by someone else, please check with us before posting as we may not be able to repair them.
TOE HOLE REPAIRS:
If the inner fabric (suede, leather, etc) at the toe box has holes going right through it, we may not be able to repair or resole the shoes, and we’ll return them to you.
