Before reaching out, please check out our FAQ page—it covers a lot! For instance, we don’t give quotes without seeing the shoes, since every resole is unique.
You can find pricing on our Resole Prices page, and the Self assessment page will help you figure out if your shoes are ready for a fresh rubber. We also have tips for checking your toe rands yourself before sending your shoes in.
If you’ve already sent in your shoes, please be patient—sometimes the post takes a little longer. Wait about two weeks before emailing us to check in
